So recently I've decided to not make this blog travel-exclusive anymore. It's pretty lame to maintain a travel blog when there's nothing to blog about, really. I'm not the type who travels on a regular basis anyways. Not enough funds :|
And since I'm in love with just about anything that's edible, a food section is a natural addendum. I actually eat more than I travel. Or more than I exercise (I know, I know). I don't splurge on clothes or shoes as much as I do on food. So, uhm, yeah :|
Today, Toto and I decided to have some homemade kebab. I love Persian food and anything that has bell pepper on it. The ingredients are not hard to find and we're already tired of fried food so we're excited to do our very own version of kebab! *cue MasterChef opening music*

1. Cut pork into cubes.
2. Marinate the meat in kalamansi (or lemon if you're sosyal), soy sauce, pepper and minced garlic. Leave for at least 15 minutes.
3. Cut the tomatoes, onion and bell peppers in any way you fancy :) You might wanna try star-shaped tomatoes.
4. Grill until you feel like they're already cooked :)) You may add butter if you want.
While Toto was grilling the pork and veggies, I was trying my hardest to make the world's best garlic+mayo dip. I *passionately* minced the garlic and mixed it with mayonnaise. That's all, folks :))
You see, anyone doesn't need to burn cash for a taste of good food. We can all do it at home! Okay, I sound like an infomercial lady now. We only spent less than P100 for this mouth-watering goodness and the meal can satisfy up to three hungry stomachs.
Thanks to Toto, the photographer-turned-chef, for the lovely photos! We will try our very best to update this section weekly. 'Til next time ♥
